Our commitment
Soroltech aims to make its websites and browser-based services clear, keyboard-operable, and usable with assistive technology. Accessibility feedback remains welcome even though the statutory microenterprise exemption described below currently applies.
Current legal applicability
Soroltech is operated by a Finnish private trader with fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover below EUR 2 million. It therefore currently meets the microenterprise definition in section 4 of Act 102/2023. Under section 10 b of Finland's Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019), Chapter 3 a's service accessibility requirements do not apply to services produced by a microenterprise.
This page records the exemption basis and a voluntary commitment. It is not a statutory accessibility statement or a certification of full EN 301 549 or WCAG conformance. Applicability is reviewed at least annually and earlier if staffing, finances, ownership, service scope, procurement conditions, or the law changes.
What has been evaluated
Automated and source-level checks cover programmatic form names, keyboard-operable controls, dialog semantics, live status messages, primary landmarks, skip navigation, visible keyboard focus, and key text and placeholder contrast. These checks cover both language sites and the Soroltech-controlled account, administration, and tool pages.
A complete manual evaluation across screen readers, browsers, zoom levels, and other assistive technologies has not yet been completed. Automated checks cannot establish full conformance. The embedded individual-subscription checkout is supplied by Paddle and may have accessibility characteristics outside Soroltech's direct control.
